Coaching Education

LAUSD Interscholastic Athletic Office sponsors three Coaching Education Classes per year, before the start of each sport season. Classes for the 2006-07 school year have pasted
The Coaching Education Class for Fall 2007 will be held at Gardena High School, Saturday, June 9, 2007

Applications will be sent to all Athletic Directors and Assistant Principal/Athletics on May 7, 2007

These classes follow the curriculum established by the American Sport Education Program (ASEP). Through their website you can determine whether or not you have passed the test, find classes offered around the country, and get information on other aspects of coaching. The State CIF website has a listing of coaching education classes offered in California.
