Palisades Boys Tennis Places Second In National High School All-American Tournament

Having recently conquered and won the California Classic, next up for the Palisades’ boys tennis team was the prestigious 17th annual National High School Tennis All-American Tournament on March 25 and 26 at Corona Del Mar High School. This tournament featured 16 of the nation’s best tennis teams.

The defending LA City Section champion Dolphins placed second overall with victories against Horace Mann School of New York, Corona Del Mar and San Marino. Palisades lost in the championship match to Torrey Pines, the defending national champion, 6-3. The Dolphins split the singles matches but lost in doubles.

Palisades (22-1) now sets course in the LA City Section Division I playoffs as they attempt to win their 8th straight title.
