The Schedule Star Training for “League Central” and any other questions you have about the process, will be on Monday after the IAC meeting. As you know, it is difficult to know exactly when the IAC meeting will conclude, but we have requested the Computer Lab at Belmont HS as early as 12:30. This should allow time after the IAC meeting to get some lunch in the area and then get to Belmont which is a couple blocks from Contreras. (We can talk on Monday, but if you all wanted to get sandwiches or pizza or something like that and eat at Belmont, that could probably be arranged.) We expect that the training will take approximately two hours. There will be no other meeting agenda. The training will be held in Room 113 at Belmont. The directions from the Contreras parking lot would be to turn right on Lucas out of the lot, turn left on 2nd Street, and turn right on Witmer. The Belmont parking lot is on the left. Please park on the “B” level. Just so you know, there is also a make-up training scheduled after your training, for those AD’s that did not make it to the first one. That training is scheduled from 4:00 to 6:00. Let me know if you have any questions. You should probably bring your winter schedules and as much as you have of your spring schedules to use in the training. Lastly, if there are people that assist you with the schedules, it would be important for them to attend.
