School sites

All schools who have scheduled their first game for September 6 are allowed to begin their fall practice.
First week of practice - no pads
Second week of practice - two days helmets , three days helmets & shoulder pads
third week of practice and beyond - full equipment and full contact.

Schools are not allowed to schedule more than one practice per day.
