Here are two more SCHOLARSHIP opportunities for student-athletes on behalf of the CIF State office. See attached documents to apply-
1. CIF State Scholar-Athlete of the Year application (Deadline April 12)
This award recognizes college-bound high school seniors whose academic and athletic careers have been truly exemplary and whose personal standards (i.e., integrity, honesty, etc.) and accomplishments are a positive model for others. Two State winners – 1 male and 1 female will each receive a $5,000 scholarship.
2. CIF State Spirit of Sport Award application (Deadline April 6)
This award recognizes one male and one female state-wide winner during each traditional season of sport (Fall, Winter, Spring), for six total winners. Student-athletes are selected based on exemplary sportsmanship, school/community service, and leadership. Each winner will receive a $500 scholarship.
