A Seeding Committee has been selected by the football coaches to represent the Coastal Region, East Region, and Valley Region of the Section. Each region has two representatives plus an additional two representing the football advisory committee, and one representative from the Board of Managers. Current coaches were not allowed on the seeding committee. The committee will seed the division I beginning at 9:00 AM, division II starting at 10:30, and division III starting at 11:30. 8-Man division will have a coaches meeting for the top four league finishers to exchange tape. All brackets will be posted on the section website immediately following the completion of the bracket for each division. The seeding meeting is a closed meeting and no admission will be allowed except for the members of the committee. You can go to www.cif-la.org for the earliest updates.
Coaches are advised to make their required film exchange at the Section Office immediately following the release of the playoff brackets for each division. Failure to exchange two of the last three game films by 1:10 PM on Saturday will result in removal from the playoffs with replacement by the alternate.
