Attached is the policy page related to the bylaw passed at Federated Council. CIF State has agreed to have this as a policy page so that we could continue to update as definitions change since this such a new area. That said, CIF State has added some language to the definition of control so that now reads:
Control: Drill is run at assigned speed until the moment of contact with a pre-determined winner. Contact remains above the waist and players stay on their feet allowing an exit for the ball carrier when one is involved in the drill.
